CHALLENGE
Ford wanted to provide F-150 Raptor owners with a custom driving experience that showcased the vehicle’s off-road performance in real terrain—not on pavement.
STRATEGY
We designed a rugged off-road training experience across Utah’s desert and mountain terrain. After foundational classroom instruction, participants pushed their F-150 Raptors to the limit through custom-designed trails and guided adventures.
RESULTS
With a 9.7/10 customer satisfaction score, drivers left with a new level of skill, respect for their vehicle, and connection to the Ford Performance brand—spawning expansion into F-150 Raptor R and Ranger Raptor programs.
