CHALLENGE

Ford needed a scalable owner experience that would create lasting loyalty and help new owners feel confident in high-performance vehicles.

STRATEGY

We built model-specific programs—starting with Boss Track Attack—that evolved into immersive brand experiences for over 10 Ford performance nameplates. Each program combines classroom insight, vehicle education, and on-track driving tailored to the vehicle’s personality.

RESULTS

With a 9.7/10 average customer satisfaction rating and consistently high post-program engagement, these programs have created legions of confident, loyal Ford brand advocates.
